being in the Hooks Things Forth Purpose of being lowered into<lb></lb>

one of the Hooks that<lb></lb>
was fastened to the Barley accidentally shipped and the Bale fell<lb></lb>
into the Cart Dept immediately ran down into the<lb></lb>
Square and found the deced lying<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
near the Pavement<lb></lb>
next the Tail of the Cart upon his Back - his Legs and<lb></lb>
hand extended - That he was quite in enable and<lb></lb>
apeared to be<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
lying - Dept. examined the deced but<lb></lb>
found no injury upon any part of his body but upon lifting<lb></lb>
up the deceds head a great quantity of blood came from<lb></lb>
the back part of his head<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
and it appeared that the<lb></lb>

injury the deced received was on the back part of his head - a Surgeon was sent for<lb></lb>
but by the time a Surgeon came the deced was quite dead</p>
