Informations of Witnesses taken as
the parish of Saint Michael Crookes
Lane in the ward of Bridge in London
the 24 Octr.. 1792 on view of the
body of Sames Cooper there lying dead

William Clark< no role > of Sun bury in the County of Middlesex
Labourer maketh oath that yesterday morning Dept being
going down Thames Street he observed a cart drawn by two
horses turning about & the deced was passing at the time
& the Cart falling back in the canal Struck against the dead
& proped him against the Wall; that the died fell down
& presently died that Dept believes the deceds death
was entirely accideantal.
