aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said
Lord the King where how and in what manner the said

his death say upon their Oath that the said

day of May in the Year aforesaid not being of sound mind memory and understanding but

and distracted with a certain Razor of the value of two pence which he in his
right hand held and held the neck and throat of him the said

with the Razor aforesaid did then and there violently given to himself the said

In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Robert Knowlton the foreman
of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set
their hands and seals the day year and place first above written.
