Samuel a Prisoner for Debt in His Majesty's
Goal of Newgate maketh Oath that he hath known the
deced since the 18th: day of April last on which day
he was brought into said Goal as a Prisoner for Debt
that he lived in the same Ward with Dept. that he appeared
ill in a decline when he first came to the Goal
that on the 22nd. day of aAprilMay inst the deced was taken ill
with a violent pain in his side since which day the
deced continued to get worse dailey that he has
been confined to his Bed for this Week part that
he continued to get much worse until Tuesday
Morning last when he departed this Life that
he was attended by the Surgeon of the said Goal
and Dept has no doubt the aforesaid complaint
occasioned the deced death
