An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate in the Ward of Bishopsgate Without in London aforesaid
on the fifth day of November in the thirty second Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth

on the Second day of November in the Year aforesaid being in the Dwelling House of the said
Hannah Clitherow< no role > Widow there situate It so happened that the said House accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune caught Fire and was Consumed and the said Hannah Clitherow< no role > Widow
William Clitherow< no role > Hannah Clitherow< no role > Spinster Margaret Clitherow< no role > Mary Clitherow< no role > Judith Runnick< no role >
Walter Maplay< no role > John Bass< no role > and John Rasburn< no role > being in the said House with the Flames of the said
Fire where then and there Mortally Burned of which said Burning they the said Hannah Clitherow< no role >

Runnick Walter Maplay John Bass< no role > and John Rasburn Accidentally and by Misfortune
were burned and killed In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said John
Gadsden the Foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows [..]
in their presence have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the day Year and Place
