Informations of Witnesses taken
at the Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman
Street in the Ward of Coleman Street in
London aforesaid on the 16th day of
September 1791 on view of the Body
of Ann Moore< no role > now here lying dead

Susannah Bean< no role > Widow a Servant a Gallery Maid
employed at Bethlem Hospital in the Parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman< no role > Street in the Ward of Coleman Street
London maketh Oath that she hath Looked after the deced
about three Weeks she being confined in the Hospital as a
Lunatic Personthat [..] during the time the deced has
been in the Hospital she behaved very well but always
[..] seemed very unhappy and low and melancholy and often
expressed a wish to die but gave no reason for why
that Dept. looked the deced up in her Room [..] or Place
of Confinement where she usually slept about seven
O'Clock last Nightthat she appeared pretty well then
that this Morning about seven O'Clock on Dept. going to the
deced's Room in order to carry her Cloaths to hershe could not
open the Door easilyDept. pushed against the door and on
pushing the Door open she discovered a Sheet hanging down
Dept. then suspected the deced had destroyeddestroyedherselfShe therefore
called to one Edward Davis< no role > one of the Keepers of the
Hospital to go and see after the deced and Dept. went
down Stairs to acquaint Mr. Gosling the Apothecary
of the Hospital of her suspicions

Hospital maketh Oath that this Morning about seven
O'Clock on Mrs. Bean acquainting Dept. with her suspicions
about the deced Dept. went to the Door of the deced
Room on the [..] first Floor of the Hospitalthat Dept.
could not open the Door easily but with some assistance
