An Inqucon Etc taken Ct. at the Psh of St Thomas
within the Bore of sowkin the Co of Surrey on the
12th day of August in the 31st Year Etc before Etc on
view of the body of Henry Hill< no role > now here lying dead
by the Oath of & who being Etc say upon their
Oath that one John Humborough< no role > on the 10th
day of Augst in the Year afd. being carefully
driving a certain chuise Drawn by one Horse
along and through a certain public Road situate
at Recevington in the sd. Co. of Jurrey and the said Henry
Hiles then being in the sd Road it so happened that one
of the Shafts of the said Chaise accidey Etc shuch agt
the said surry Hiles and forced him to the Ground them
and the near Wheel of the sd Chaire did then
and accidy Etc go upownand pass over the
Head of him the sd Henry Hiles< no role > lay means whereof
he the said Henry peter did them and these
Executives Mortal Wound fracture, and
contusions in and upon his said head of coah
