That Deponent went to the Assistance of the deceased and the Chaise went
on That the Driver of the Chaise looked rouned and saw the deceased lying
on the Ground and then went on about a dozen Yards when being called
to he slopped and the Chaise was driven backThat the Road ever fall of
Carriages and he thinks that there was not Room for more than one
Carriage to pass.

Elizabeth Morris< no role > Maid and No 1 Anna Court Dealer in Fista says that
on Wednesday last the was called act of the Mansion Name Alehouse to
all Jane Fish that the deceased was them reding his Horces and that
on her Return she heard a Woman call out to the deceased to take
Care will And the Man who above the Chaise also called out to
the deceased that upon looking Round the saw he deceased lying on
the Ground [..] the Chaise having passed him but did not see [..] it
go over him That the Chaise came between two Waggons and th [..]
wore [..] Cart in the Road and that there was herdly Room for
the Chaise to pass the Horses of the Waggons standing far towards the
middle of the Road Just Deponent went to the Deceased and saw
him Bleeding on the Neal and he was taken up and conveyed to
Thomas Hospital That when the Franes called out to the deceased
the Drivrr of the Chaise endeavoured to stop his Horse and pulled in
the Rein but the Horse would not stopThat deponent called out
to stop the Chaise and Two Men took hold of the HorseThat the
Horse was very Restive and was obliged to be held
