agt a certain five of Timber that was then & there
Mailed a cross one of the Looks belonging to the Evater
Works of the said Bridge by means whereof the said
Boat and the sd Thos Church so being a sleep in the
said Boat as afd. did then & there accidy & sick
under the waters of the said River and the said Thos
Church in and wich the sd. waters if the sd River
was then & there suffocated and drowned of watch
sd suffcon & drown he the said Thos. Church did
then in there die and sd Etc do say that the
said Thos Church in manner and by the means
afd. accidy Etc suffocated and Drowned In Witness Etc
