London Depositions of Witnesses taken at London that
is to says at the House of Correction of Bridewell
Hospital situate in the precinct of Bridewell
Hospital in the Ward of Harringdon without
in London aforesaid the 5th. day of August 1791
on John Reele< no role > [..] now here lying Dead

Thomas Underhill< no role > Servant to Thomas Holl Parter of Bridewell
Hospital London maketh Oath that on Tuesday last the deced
came to the House of Correction of Bridewell Hospital aforesaid
with his Commitment as a Rogue and Vegabond by his own
Confession having no visible way of getting his Livelihood and
also an Order for his being admitted as a patient into Bartholomans
Hospital London-that he appeared ill and had a very had
Capture on himthat deced told Dept. he had spit blood for
several days beforethat it was between twelve and me
O Clock when the deced came-that Dept. locked the deced up
in the Infirmary a place allotted for Sick Peopele that there
were three other persons in the Infirmary at the time Sick
that the next day Wednesday the Surgeon who attend the Seik
Peopel in the Infirmary saw the deced and Examined the deceds
rupture and informed the deced he could do nothing for him
to wards a came but that if he wents to Bartholomews Hospital
he would there have a truss given him for his Rupture
that on [..] the same day the deced left the House of Corrected
and went out of the purpose of going to Bartholomews Hospital
to be admitted there as a patient-that between twelve
and one same Blay the deced returned back to the House of
Correction and informed Dept. that he could not be taken
into Bartholomews Hospital they having no Room for him
there [..] and sayed he was sorry they could not
taken him in for he was very ill-that Dept. locked the deced
up in the Infirmary and soon after took him up his Dinner
the usuall allowance for sick people thatthe decedhe left
the deced eating of his DinnerDept. saw the deced no
more that day and the next Morning thursday on Dept.
being informed the deced was dead he went into the Infirmary
about ½ part seven O Clock in the Morning andthe [..]
