in His Majesty's Goal of
Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced
Charles Palmer< no role >
between three & four Month that he was also a
prisoner in the said Goal that he came into the Sick Ward
where Deponent attends on the 8th. day of November last ill
with Fever that he continued very ill until Sunday Evening
last when he departed this Life that he was attended by
the Surgeon
of the said Goal and Deponent has no doubt the
aforesaid disordered occasioned the deceds death
