Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Ward of Farringdon without in
London aforesaid said the 20 day of October
1790 on View of the body of Elizabeth
Tulip
< no role > now here Lying dead.

Elizabeth Ann Wade< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath that she hath known the deceased
Elizabeth Tulip< no role > since last April that she was also a Prisoner in
the said Gaol - That she has been in the Sick Ward where Dept.
attends [..] since April last very ill in a decline or Contemption
that she was also afflicted with a bad Legs. That she continued
to get worn daily until between the hours of One and Two in the
Afternoon of Yesterday the 19th inst. when she departed this Life that she was attended by
the Surgeon of the said Gaol and Dept: has no doubt the afore
said disorder occasioned the deceds death.
