To wit, By Virtue of my office these are in his Majesty's name to charge and commond you that on<lb></lb>
sight hereof you summon and Warn twenty four good and sufficient Men of your<lb></lb>
personally to be and appear before me on Mondaythe Eleventh day of October<lb></lb>
instant at five of the Clock in the Evening at the House of<lb></lb>
Mr. Stacy Clarke Known by the sign of the Crown and Sceptre<lb></lb>
Situate in the Parish aforesaid<lb></lb>
then and thereto do and execute all such things that shall be given them in charge and to inquire<lb></lb>
