Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farrindon within in London
aforesaid the 10th: day of June 1790 on view
of the Body of Alexander Carr< no role > then and
there lying Dead

David Williams< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate maketh
Oath that he hath known the deced Alexander Carr about twelve Months
that he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol-that he has been ill about
fifteen days-that he has been confined to his Bed the whole of that
time-that the deced has had a Fever on him about six daysthat
he continued very ill until about a quarter past one OClock Yesterday
afternoon when he departed this Life that he was attended by the
Surgeon of the said Gaol and also by a Physician procured for him by his
Friends that every attention was payed to him during his illness and Dept
has no doubt the Fever occasioned the deced death.
