maketh oath that last Monday morning Dept went poor his
lodging room to his work about four o'Clock and returned about
eight. when to went not he left the deced whom he cohabited
with in bed and on his return he pound She deced Leasing by a
small Cord one end of it pastened round at earn by the proplace and
the other and about her Neck-Dept made on alarm and assistance
came, and afterwards Depts went to advise with Mr. Burgess
the beedle about cutting her down, and there to returned [..] she
herwayout down.

Penton has lodged at his house about a twelve month pat-Says that
on Sunday night Henry Ponton< no role >
went out about nine o'Clock & sayed
be shald not came in again-That dept shut his door & is nere he did
not come in again until about 8 then sad morning, when he went up
Stairs and returned again & sayed the deced bad larged herself-Dept says
he was in his room on the first floor and the room wherein the deced and
Ponton lived was directly ever his, and Dept heardnor saw anything of
the deced after Ponton's departure on sunday night Dept says the deced
& Ponton
frequently quarrelled together.
