To wit, By Virtue of my Office these are in his Majestys Name to charge and command you<lb></lb>
that on sight hereof you Summon and Warn twenty four good and Lawful Men of your<lb></lb>
parish personally to be and appear before me on Wednesday the 17th.<lb></lb>
Day of March instant at half past five of the Clock in the afternoon<lb></lb>
at the City arms in West Street situate in the Parish aforesaid<lb></lb>

then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them in charge and<lb></lb>
to inquire on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King touching the Death of<lb></lb>
