maketh Oath and saith he hath known the<lb></lb>
deceased about a Month that he was also a Prisoner in the<lb></lb>
said Gaol that about six<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
or seven Days ago he was<lb></lb>
taken with a Complaint in his Dead which in the course<lb></lb>
of three or four Days was accompanied with a fever and<lb></lb>
continued to get more until Yesterday Morning about<lb></lb>
four OClock when the departed this Life that he was<lb></lb>
attended by a Surgeon who is a Prisoner in the said Gaol<lb></lb>
and also by the Surgeon of the said Gaol and had every<lb></lb>
came possible taken of him during his illness and Dept<lb></lb>
believes the aforesaid disorder to have been the came of<lb></lb>
his Death</p>
