Informations of Witness taken at the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid the 10th. day of
January 1789 on view of the Body of Mary
Smith
< no role > then and therelying dead

Elizabeth Davies< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath and saith she hath known the deceased
Mary Linch< no role > forthisabout Eighteen Months past
that she was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that that the
deceased came into the Sick Ward about two Months ago
ill in a Consumption that she continued in the sick Ward
about a Month and on getting better left the sick Ward
that she came into the sick Ward where Dept attends about
a Week ago ill with a Consumption that the Continued
to get worse until last Night when she departed this
Life that she was attended by the Surgeon of the said
Gaol that she believes the said disorder to have been
the cause of her Death
