month that she hath attended him for a fortnight last past during which<lb></lb>
time he has been very ill with a Cough and shit much that on Friday<lb></lb>
last he became much worse and kept his Bed and had a delirum<lb></lb>

believes the cause of his Death to be an inward decay that-he has<lb></lb>
never been attended by a Physician nor had any medical assistance but that she hath constantly attended<lb></lb>
