By virtue of my Office these are in His Majesty's name to charge and
command you that on sight hereof you summon and warn Twenty four good and
sufficient Men of your parish personally to be and appear before me on
Tuesday the ninth day of December instant at the hour of four in the
afternoon of the same day at the House of Correction within the said Borough
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be then and
there given them in charge and to Inquire for our Sovereign Lord the King
touching the King touching the Death of

and place abovementioned to make a return of the names of those whom
you have so summoned and fast her to do and execute such other matter
and things as shall be than and there enjoined you and have you
