To the Beadles and Constables of the Parish of Saint Michael
Wood Street in the Ward of [..] Cripplegate
within

London
and
Southwark }


To Wit, By virtue of my office these are in His Majesty's name to
Charge and command you that on sight hereof you Summon and
twenty four good and sufficient men of your Parish personally
to be and appear before me on Tuesday the second day of December
instant at four of the Clock in the afternoon of the same day at
Wood Street Prison situate in the Ward aforesaid

then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be
given them in Charge and to inquire for our Sovereign Lord the
King touching the death of Andrew Hagerman< no role >
and for your so doing this shall be your warrant and that
you attend at the time and place abovementioned to make
return of the names of those whom you shall have so
Summoned and further to do and execute such other
matters a shall be then and there enjoined you and have
you then there this Warrant Given under my Hand Seal
this first day of December 1788
