Informations of Witness taken at the
Parish of Saint George in the Borough of
Southwark in the County of Surrey the 5th.
day of November 1788 on view of the Body
Michael Raymond< no role > then and there lying
dead

Sarah Lappenton< no role > a prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol
for the County of Surrey maketh Oath and saith that
she hath known the deced about five Months that
the appeared to the about fifty years old-that the
deced has been sickly the whole time-that she has
attended on [..] him the whole of that time as a Nurse
that for this last week past he has been worse in
so much that he was confined to his Bed-that the
continued to get worse until his death which
happened about a Quarter past four yesterday Evening-that the
apprehends the deced's death was from a Natural
decay of Nature and not from any disorder that he
was afflicted with.
