To wit, By Virtue of my Office these are in this Majesty's name to Charge
and command you that on sight here of you Summon and Warn Twenty
four good and sufficient men of your Wardpersonally to be and
appear before me on Thursday the twenty first day of August and of five
of then Clock in the afternoon at the House late of Thomas Kenner situate in
Watling Street
in the parish of Saint Ausholin in the same Ward
then and there to do and excute all such things that shall be given them
in Charge and to inquire on the behalf of our sovereign Lord the King touching
the Death of
