LondonInformation of Witness taken at the
Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward
of Farrington without London the 9th: day
of August 1788 on View of the Body
of Ann Clark< no role > then and those lying
Dead

Elizabeth Davies< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath and saith she hath known the
deced Ann Clark< no role > forthisabout this six Months past
that she was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol That
she has been in the Sick Ward where this Deponent
attend for this three Months part very ill in or decline
that the deced has kept her Bed for this Month last
past that she continued very ill until this Morning
when she departed this Life that she was attended
by the Surgeon of the said Gaol and that she
believes she died of a decline and by no violent
means whatever
