Middx.


At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx. at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said
County, by Adjornment on Saturday the ninth day of September in the
Twelfth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc. before Thomas Lane< no role > , Nathaniel Chandler< no role > ,
Paul Keusch, John Stevens< no role > Esqrs. and others their Fellows Justices of our
Said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace within the County aforesd.
and also to hear and Determine divers Felonies Trespass and other Misdeeds
committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch in the City of London , against
an Order under the hands and Seals of Anthony Wroth and George Fowke Esqrs.
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middex (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing
date the tenth day of August last, whereby Susannah Bayley singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of Saint Luke in this County to the said Parish of
Saint Dionis Backchurch. London as the last legal Place of Settlement of the
said Susannah Bayley. And upon hearing of what was alledged by Council for
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke
and also by Council for the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch. This Court doth allow of the said Appeal,
and doth vocate and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of
the Peace and the same is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly.
