WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justice of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum,
by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Bride Fleet Street

Months brought
latelycome to residein their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to became charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of Mary Sallding< no role >
as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said William
to be in the Said Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
and that thitherto he ought by Law to be sent.

require you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Bride
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said William
from and out of your said Parish, unto the Said Parish of
Saint Dionis backchurch
And him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our order, who is and are hereby required to receive and
provide for him according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 28th Day of July One Thousand
