Whereas the Legall place of Settlement of the sd Anne Curd< no role > is of the Parish
of Shannon in the City of Cork in the Kingdom of Ireland But the sd Anne Curd< no role > Hath removed
herself from the place of her Settlement into the said Parish of Saint Dyonis Backchurch
And is Likely to become Burthensom and Chargeable to the sd Parish And Whereas the said
John Dodd< no role > & William Flemming< no role > have In Cons: of the said Anne Curdd a greeing to Quitt
Entirely leave the said parish of Saint Dyonis Backchurch and Dischargeing the sd parish
of Saint Dioins Backchurch from any Clannior Demand whatsoever which she may pretend to
have or Claim by Virtue of her resideing in the sd Parish or by any other Ways & Means whatever
have at and upon the Ensealing & Delivery of these Prsents Advanced and paid to the said Anne
Curd the Sume of Five pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain As the said Anne Curd< no role > doth
hereby acknowledge & Declare Now the Condition of this Obligacon is such that if the sd
Anne Curd< no role > shall & Do from and Immediately after the Date of these prsents Quitt and Entirely
leave the sd parish of Saint Dyonis Backchurch and Discharge the sd Parish Many trouble
Claim or Demand whatsoever which she or any other person or persons whatsoever may prsend
to have or Claim by Virtue of her Resideing in the said parish or by any other Ways or means
whatsoever Then this Obligacon to be Void But if the said Anne Curd shall at any time or times
hereafter ever returne in to the said Parish of Saint Dyonis Backchurch or do any Out Matter
or thing whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the sd parish of Saint Dyonis Back church
may be putt le or bear or Sustaine any Charge or trouble upon her Account or upon the Account of
any other person by her Direction Then the Same to remain in full force & Virtue.
