The Condition of ye above written Obligation is such That whereas one
Elizabeth Gale< no role > was lately delivered of a female Child and Charged ye above bound
John Kingsfford< no role > as by her affidavit doth & may appeared by means whereof
the above bound John Kingsford< no role > hath been charged for the reputed father If
therefore the said John Kingsford< no role > & Elizabeth mercer< no role > their or either of their
Heirs Extors - Adtors or Assignes or any of them doe from time to time and at
all times hereafter fully and clearely acquitt discharge & save harmless as
well ye above named Richard Bayly< no role > and Charles Michell< no role > the present Churchwardens
of ye pish Church of St Dionis Backchurch aforesaid and their Successors for ye
time being and every of them as also all the Inhabitants & parishoners of ye
said Pish which now are or hereafter shall be for ye time being & every
of them of & from all & all manner of Costs Charges & Expences whatsoever
which shall or may in any manner of wife at any time hereafter arise
happen come grow or be imposed upon them or any of them for or by
reason of the birth or Education narishing or bringing up of the sd Child
and of & from all other accons Suites Charges troubles Impeachments &
demands whatsoever touching & concerning the same. That then this
obligation to be voide or else remaine in full force.
