The Question was then put that the Committee do
approve of the said Bills and carried in the
Affirmative.
The amount of Mr. Dyer, Plaisterer
's bill was computed
at £92..15..4, and the additional Expence of Mr. Hudson< no role >
Carpenter
at £14..8..- which being added to the above
sum of £959..16..2, the whole Expence as it then appeard
to the Committee would be £1066..19..6.
Mr. Church Warden Tutet then observed that the
£200.3 PCt. Bank Anns. (order'd to be sold at the last
Vestry) would at the present price of 76.12 PCent.
fetch £153. and that there was £9. due thereon for
Dividends, so that there wod. be wanting from £900.
to £1000. to pay for the Repairs, and other Contingencies
that might arise.
Annuities on
lives
It was then proposed and agreed that the Money
that would be wanted to compleat the Payment of
the Repairs be raised by an Annuity or Annuities
on one or more Life or Lives, and that an Advertise-
ment be immediately inserted in the Gazetteer and
Daily Advertiser for the purpose of raising the same.

Ordered that the Committee do adjourn to Tuesday
next the 24th. instant at four o' Clock in the Afternoon
precisely to receive Proposals from any Person or
Persons that may apply in consequence of the said
Advertisement.
