This Vestry was Summoned pursuant to Publick Notice
given in the Church on Affairs relating to the Parish and Mr
Church Warden Crafton acquainted the Gentlemen present
That he had received a Letter from Mr
Joseph Salvadore< no role >
an
Inhabitant of this Parish dated the 25th May last which He desired
might be Read and the same was Read accordingly By which
Letter It appeared that Mr Salvadore was desirous to Treat with
the Parish for Renewing of the Lease of his House in Limestreet which
will Expire at Xtmas 1757

Moved that It might be Referr'd
to a Committee to take a Survey of the Repair's wanting to the
Capital Messuage and Two other Houses in Limestreet belonging
to this Parish now in the Occupation of the said Mr Salvadore &
Mr Charles Brady< no role >
and to Receive Mr Salvadore's Proposalls and
Report the same Together with their Opinion thereon to the
next Vestry and being seconded the Question was putt on the said
Motion and carry'd in the Affirmative
A Committee appointed to
made a Survey to be taken
of the Repairs wanting &
Receive Mr Salvadore's proposalls
Ordered that a Committee be now Appointed to take a
Survey of the Repairs wanting to the said Capital Messuage
and premisses and to Receive Mr Salvadores Proposalls and
Report the same together with their Opinion thereon at the next
Vestry

Wardens and Overseers of the Poor Together with Mr James Hebert< no role >

Ordered that the late Mr C: Warden Pullen be Empowered by this
Vestry To Pay the Workmen a Sum not Exceeding the Sum of £12 Remaing
True for the Repairs of the House at Collier Row belonging to this Parish And
that the same be allowed him upon the Audit of his Account
