Whereas Complaint hath this day been mad before
us two of her Majestics Justices of ye Peace for this,
City (Quer Unus be the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Dionys
Back Church London that Geo Massey< no role > together
wth Elizabeth< no role > his Wife are Come into their said
Parish with Interest to reside therein & and Likely
to become Chargeable thereto & for as much at the
Appears into us Upon the Examination of the Said
George Massey< no role > upon Oath that he tired In and
house of fourteen Pounds P Ann in the Parish
of St Sepulchers London where appears to be the
Clau of their Legale Settlement

These are In his Majestics Names to require you the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish
at St Dionys Back Church to Convey the said Geo Massey< no role >
together Elizabeth his Wifes to the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Sepulchers
London who are hereby required to receive and provide
for them According to Lane: Hereof fail not & this
Should be your Warrant dated & given Under our
Hands & Seals this 12th of April 1708

To the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Diony Back Church
