Scavengers excused paying a Fine of 40 apeece40, 63,

£100 lent by Jeffrey Howland< no role > Esquire to ye Parish orderd. to be
repaid with Interest} 44,

Orderd. that ye Scavengers and Collectors for the poor give
their Accounts to the Churchwardens and 3 or more of ye Ancients
of the Parish and pay ye Balance to ye Upper Church warden and He to.
reimburse them if out of Purse}45,

Ordered that no Person chosen Ch: warden be admittd. to fine for
that Office except at the time of his Chooseing for the 1st year he fine
for both years together} 47, 24,

Mr Brindley for diverse good reasons was admitted to fine £6.
for 2d years Ch: Warden But it was then agreed by all present It Should
be no president for the future} 54,
