Hutson paid £8 as a
victualler

for Scavenger Constable and 2 years Inquestmen, and
agreed he paying £8. as a Victualler .

Bertrand fined for all
ward offices £12

Mr. Bertrand was likewise chosen into all 3 Offices, and
desired to be excused wch. was granted he paying a Fyne
of £12.

Willmer fined for
Ward offices £12.

Mr. Wilmer was likewise chosen into all 3 offices, and
desired to fyne & admitted paying £12.

Wympress fined for all
Ward Officer £12

Mr. Wympress was likewise chosen into all 3 Offices &
desired to fyne, wch. was admitted paying £12.

Mr Whitchurch being
uncertain of Lease desired
to be excused for one yeare

Mr. Whitechurch was likewise nominated for all 3 offices, but
desired to be excused for One Yeare being uncertain of
a Lease, which was granted accordingly.

Mr. Essex fined for all
Ward Offices £12.

Mr. Essex was likewise chosen into all Offices but desired to
Fyne and admitted paying 12.

Mr. Bennet & Mr. Pens herein
all offices

Then Mr. Bennet and Mr. Penn were chosen into all Offices
Mr. Fleming Mr. Cotton and Mr. Howland being put
up for Inquestmen, Mr. Fleming was chosen, and
desired to fyne, and admitted paying a Guinea &
a halfe for ye. 2d Yeare.

the poore of this Pish

Whereas the late Docr . Tyson did by his Will leave to ye.
poore of this parish £30. without declaring how the same
should be paid or distributed, This Vestry has therefore thoughts
fit, and doth Order that the same shall be put out at
Interest at £5. P Cent P Ann upon Security to be taken by
the Church Wardens for the time being for ye. Use above
menconed and the Interest to be yearly distributed on ye.

Mr. Fox chose Engin
keeper

Mr. Fox was put up and chosen for ye. Engin keeper for
extinguishing fire pursuant to an Act of Parliament made in
the 6th. yeare of her Maties Reigne Intituled An Act for ye. better
preventing Mischiefs yt. may happen by Fire & was appointed
such Consideracon for his Trouble as ye. Church Wardns. should think fit.
