Exercises with their Said Masters & not in all houses
Taverns Plays Unlawfull Games, or Such like upon
pain that Every House keeper or Journyman offending
to forfeit to the Master & Wardens 3s..4d.

And all Apprentices offending to the Contrary
to have Corporall Punishment, as the Master and
Wardens Shall think fitt-(follo 24 & 25.)

Journymen not
to Depart from
their Service}

If any Persons Retained or hired to Work in the
Trade of Carpentry or to Saw timber or other Rust
as a Journyman or hired Servant or otherwise with any
of the Said Company within the Limitts aforesaid, For
Wages by the Day or Year, Then Such persons shall not
Depart from his Service During his Retainder without
Lycence(Except for Non payment of Wages)upon,
paine to forfeit for Every offence to the Contrary 10s
to the use aforesaid(follo 25 & 26)

Such as use
Carpentry within
London to be free
of the Same

All persons abiding within London and the
Franchise, and Liberties of the Same Occupying
Carpentry or anything Appurtaining thereto Shall be
Free of Said Fellowship & Contributory to all Reasonable
Charges, Alsoe obedient to all Lawfull ordinances for ye
Good of the fellowship, And if any of the fellowship
Know any person of the Fellowship not Free of the
City or Franchises thereof he Shall Declare the
Same to the Master and Wardens.

And what Person of the Fellowship doth not
Shew the Same & knoweth thereof upon proof by
Testimony of one witness or More Shall forfeit
Every time 13s..4d(follo 26)

To pay Assesments
to the Kings Majty.
and otherwise

All persons dwelling within the limitts aforesaid
that Use the Said Trade of Carpentry or anything
Pertaining thereto or otherwise free of the Said
Company though they use not pd. Trade Shall
Bear and pay All Reasonable Charges Letts.
