and evensley requesting this Court equitables to resides
his great disbursements and loss hee withdrews [..]
while itt in debate Mr. Brockwell withdrews and this
Court considering his great disbursements and the disadvantage
of ye New Bedlam itt was putt to ye vote whether
the rent of [..] - 40s. is three pounds per Anum [..]
should bee abrted to him, And upon vote itt was then
carried butt ye rent of three pounds per Anum should
bee abuted to ye sd. Mr. Buckley for ye consideracons
aforesaid for and during the residue of the terme of
his leas to name his gloves New called for as
nott hitherto paid as by custome

Itt was then moved by ye Clark of this Court
would consider an answer to ye Lord Mayr. prevent of
fines and deferred by reason of busines till ye next
Court

Itt was Ordered then yt ye Renter Warden Should with
ye Master and Wardens Consider the provision for a
dinner ye next Tuesday being Elleccon day for ye
Court of Assistants and all ye Livery and their
recoes: in respect of ye new call of Liverymen

And for avoiding trouble yt ye Elleccon of waste and
Warden should bee made in ye forenoon of Tuesday
next and yt ye Beadle shud Sumon them accordingly

ye gift of Mrs Wyall ye time for bestowing them [..]
is the year following and [..] before ill is ordered
yt ye ground bee pull exe by ye Renter Warden till
