Mr. Champion Mr. Miller Mr. E. Hayns and Mr.
Biggs attended by ye Clerck and Beadle mett
in Coleman Street when ye former proceedings
made by this Company to Present ye Sawyers
Incorporacon were read and then thought fitt
yt. ye Court of Assistants bee desired to write to
ye Severall Companies of Ship Carpenters
Shipp-Wright and Joyners to invite them for
opposing the Sawyers And yt. ye Court will
draw and present a peticon to ye Court of Aldermen
on this Occasion

of ye last Court attended by ye Clerke did
wait on Sheriffe Shorter with ye thanks of ye
Company and then delivered to him ye former
reasons exhibited by this Company ayr. ye Sawyrs
Charters with a former Report made by a Comittee
of ye Court of Aldermen on this Occasion [..]
a Report of ye City Surveyrs and their letter Certificatory
to Mr. Morney generall Finch and Order of ye
Court of Aldermen thereon all which were left
with(as desired by)ye Sd. Mr. Sherifle Shorter
