The severall Policies of Insurance from fire were putt into the Chest
Bank Stock
A note was signed by the Master & Wardens to impower the Renter
Warden to receive the Dividend of three hundred & sixteen pounds
& five shillings Bank stock due at Lady day last.
Ordered that Mr. Balls Goods be distreyned for Rent in arrear to this
Company, he not paying the same according to his promise this day
Woodcocks Note
Ordered That the Clerk do take the opinion of Counsil on Woodcock
Note and go on with the same accordingly.
Irish Dividend
The Renter Warden reported that he had received of the Ironmonger
Company thirty three pounds & fourteen Shillings for the
Company's Dividend of the Irish Estate after a deduccon of
fifteen Shillings to the Clerk & Beadles. £32: 19s: 0d:
Clerks Garden.
Ordered That the Walks in the Clerke's Garden be new gravelled.
Roakers Farme
Ordered That the Renter Warden do take a plan of Roaker's Farmer
at Godalming, & an account of the Timber & Trees thereon.
