Ordered that a View be had of the Houses in Leadon Hall Street

Fenchurch Street
proposed to be purchased by the Company, and to report
their opinion thereon at Dinner at the George in Ironmonger Lane

On a View by the Court of Assistants then present, It was Agreed that the sd.
Houses are in a very bad condition & not fitt for the Company to purchase
and that no further Treaty be had abt. the purchase thereof And that
the Clerk by a Letter to Mr. Cuffe who proposed to sell the same, do
signify it to him accordingly.
