Ordered that a View be had of the Houses in Leadon Hall Street &
Fenchurch Street proposed to be purchased by the Company, and to report
their opinion thereon at Dinner at the George in Ironmonger Lane .

On a View by the Court of Assistants then present, It was Agreed that the sd.
Houses are in a very bad condition & not fitt for the Company to purchase
and that no further Treaty be had abt. the purchase thereof And that
the Clerk by a Letter to Mr. Cuffe who proposed to sell the same, do
signify it to him accordingly.
