Consented That John Wright< no role > late Apprentice of John Wild< no role > Citizen &
having sued out his Indentures be assigned to Thomas
Henley< no role > Citizen & Merchant Taylor sed arte Carpenter for the remainder
of his Apprenticeship.

Report of Renter
Wardens Accounts.

The Auditors of the late Renter Wardens Accounts reported four hundred &
four pounds seven Shillings & five pence half penny to be due on the
balance thereof which on auditting thereof was paid & putt into the
Chest, and the account then allowed & signed by the auditors.

The East India Bonds for seven hundred & Forty pounds principall money
were taken out of the Chest & delivered to the Renter Warden in order
to receive the Interest due thereon at Michas last, for which he gave
his Note which was putt into the Chest.

Bank Stock Intrest

The Master & Wardens signed a Note to authorize the Renter Warden to
receive the Michas Dividend of three hundred sixteen pounds & five
shillings Bank Stock.

Ordered That the Sume of four hundred & four pounds seven shillings
& six pence now in the Chest be taken out & delivered to the Renter
Warden in order to buy therewith East India Bonds with the advise of
Mr. Thomas Bowcher< no role > & Mr. Samuel Boughton< no role > for which he gave a
Receipt which was putt into the Chest.

Ordered That the Master & Wardens & as Many of the Court of Assistants
as shall think fitt do with all convenient speed go to & view the house now
in possion of William Ball< no role > in Norton Falgate & See what condition the
reparacons thereof are now in, & report the same at the next Court,
And that the Renter Warden do distreyne the Goods in ye. sd. house in the
names & behalfe of John Foltrop< no role > & others Lessors of the sd. house to the
sd. William Ball< no role > for non paymts. of twenty pounds for five Quarter's
Arrears of Rent due for the Sd. house at Michas last.

Ordered that the Clerk do made a Draught of a Lease to Mr.
Horne of the Company's houses in Bermondsea Street according
to the Agreemts. made with him and therein refer to a plan to
be made thereof without allowance of any water Rent.
