Ordered that it is the Opinion of the whole Court of Assistants that
Mr. Phillip Rogerson< no role > being the next in Course having served the three
Officer of Wardenship, be not putt in Noiacon. to be chosen Master by
reason of his great in disposition which renders him uncapable to
serve the same.

Then they Proceeded the Election, Vizt.

This day being appointed & Agreed on for Eleccon of Master & Wardens
to govern the Company for the Year following the present Master
Wardens & Assistants having withdrawn themselves from the
rest of the Livery and considered of proper persone to be putt in
Noiacon. for that purpose, Do according to a power given them, by an
Ordinance in that behalf, as also by antient Custom Resolve &
Agree that the Persons hereafter named shall be in Nominacon
for that purpose for the Year ensuing, Vizt.
