East India Bonds
returned

The Renter Warden returned ye. East India Bonds, having recd. tenn pounds [..]
[..] Sixteen Shillings for Six months Interest due thereon in March last
and his Note was delivered to him by ye. Master, & the Bonds putt into ye. Chest.

Intrest. of Bank Stock
recd.

The Renter Warden acknowledged to have recd. ye. Company's Dividend of Three hundred
sixteen pounds & five shillings Bank Stock due at Lady day last Twelve pounds
thirteen shillings.

Pentionrs. Harris &
Hancks to Mercht. Taylor's

Ordered that James Harris< no role > & Henry Hancks< no role > be prsented. to the Merchant Taylor's
Company in the Room of Abraham Wilkins< no role > decd., & thereon the sd. James
Harris
< no role > was elected.

Mr. Fordham's Lease of
Oven's house Sealed.

Mr. Fordhams Lease of the house at the Hallgate late Oven's was read & the
Company's Seal fixed thereto.

Agreemt. wth. him abt.
Parish & Ward Duties.

Agreed that if Mr. Fordham pay all the Parish & Ward Duties Laid on ye. Hall Etc
the Company will allow him out of ye. Fifty two pounds yearly Rent, one third for
the Clerks. & Beadle's houses.

Agreed that Mr. Fordman is to have a Rail & Banisters on ye. Flatt on ye. Leads at ye. Company's Charge
& ten Shillings towards Lights, & one third of Water Rent for the Hall Etc.

After Dinner, at the George in Ironmonger Lane .

Tegg to Cross.
