the 15th. of January last, & a letter of Attorney made to him for that purpose, he had
tnsferred ye. Two hundred pounds South Sea Stock bought in ye. Company's name
by Mr. Dennett decd. in Trust for him to Mr. Samuell Ball< no role > of Hackney Merchant [..]
by ye. appointmts. of Mr. Dennetts Execrs. And had recd. ye. Note signed by Mr.
Chamberlen, & the then Wardens declaring ye. sd. Trust, & with ye. appointmts.
signed by ye. sd. Execrs., endorsed thereon, And Mrs. Sell's Bond for one hundred
pounds (on which was due for eight months Interest to ye. third of February last
Two pounds) in all One hundred & two pounds of which the Clerk recd. in
money ninety Six pounds, & Six pounds remaines due to ye. Company for
Xtmas. Dividend was delivered by him to ye. sd. Execrs. and the remainder of
the sd. Stock Sold for Two hundred & forty one pounds (being one hundred
thirty & nine pounds) was paid by him to ye. Execrs. And the sd. ninety Six
pounds paid by ye. sd. Clerk in Court to ye. Renter Warden for ye. Companys
use. A Copy of ye. sd. Note with ye. Indorsemts. is as follows.

Wee the Master & Wardens of ye. Company of Carprs. do hereby acknowledge
that two hundred pounds (part of five hundred pounds South Sea Stock, lately
purchased by Mr. Thomas Dennett< no role > in ye. Company's name) was so purchased by
him with his own proper money; and the Company's name made use of a
Trust for him only as to ye. sd. two hundred pounds; the remaining three hundred
pounds being purchased with ye. sd. Companys own proper money. Witness our

& examine the severall Workmens Bill hereafter menconed, for work done in &
about ye. Hall, according to ye. Company's Agreemt. with Mr. Fordham, And that
they are of opinion, that they ought to be paid respectively the Severall Sumes
