Seven Years ensueing. To demolish the three old Tenemts. & Backhouse in Axyard and
in their Stead to build a Substantiall Sugar house the Cost of ye. Sd. new buildings is
modestly computed at near two thousand pounds. The Consideration desired is only an
Addition of one & twenty to my present Leases for forty years to come, and as an
Acknowledgemt. I wil present ye. Company with one hundred Guineas, being Gentn. Yor.
