East India Bonds returned.

The Renter Warden returned the East India Bonds taken out of the Chest last
Court day having received the Interest thereon being Twelve pounds twelve
Shillings & the Same were again putt into the Chest, and his Note taken out
& delivered to him.

Mrs. Roberts to pay Rent
for Warehouse.

Ordered That it be insisted on, that Mrs. Roberts do pay for the Use of the
Companyes Warehouse after the Rate of Eight pounds P ann, and that the
Renter Warden do acquaint her therewth. & demand ye. Same.

Mr. Balls Proposal to

Norton Falgate .

Mr. Willm. Ball< no role > appeared & made a Proposall in writing to take the house late Mr.
Blackmore's in Norton Falgate , Which being read & considered of, Ordered that
a Lease be granted thereof to ye. Sd. Mr. Ball for Eleven Years at Sixteen pounds
P ann from Xt. mas. next with Usuall Covents. as the house now is abt. Repaires
And that the Companyes Goods therein or Such of them as he Shall think
fitt for his Use be Sold to him at the Value to be Settled by two indifferent
persons
