Ordered that the Renter Warden do pay to the Clerk Tenn pounds for
the usuall Present given to him at Xtmas.

Guineas to Mar. Dennett
looking after Building
Hog Lane.

Ordered that the Renter Warden do pay to the Master Dennett Tenn
Guineas for his extraordinary Trouble & Care in directing & inspecting
the Building of the New houses in Hog Lane .

Ordered that Thirty Pounds be paid by the Renter Warden to be
distributed amongst the poor Members of this Company in manner
following vizt. for the Western Walk Seventeen Pounds
for the Eastern Walk Eight Pounds Tenn Shillings-and for the
Southerne Walk four Pounds Tenn Shillings.

West Walk

Ordered, that the Master Dennett Mr. Arlidge, Mr. Andrews, Mr.
Chamberlen be desired to go the Western Walk , to dispose of the Sd. Sume
of Seventeen Poundsas above on ye. day of
this instant Janry.

East Walk

Ordered, that Mr. Freeman, Mr. Britain, Mr. Bowcher & Mr. Stevenson
be desired to go the Eastern Walk to dispose of ye. Sd. Sume of Eight pounds
tenn Shillings as above.

South Walk

Ordered, that Mr. Rickward Mr. Moore, & Mr. Walker be desired to go the
Southerne Walk to dispose of the Sd. Sume of four pounds tenn Shillings
as above.

[..] to ye Bricklayr

Ordered, that Eighteen Shillings be paid by the Renter Warden to Mr.
Nicholls the Bricklayr. over & above ye. Twenty pounds for the Overwork
at Hog Lane .

Briden's
Articles Cancelled

Ordered that the Articles between ye. Company & Mr. Briden for
building the Houses in Hog Lane be Cancelled, which was done
accordingly, the Work being done & finished according thereto.
