Paid to the Renter Warden. Also P Accompt
Deliverd Mr. Wilkinson there appeard to be expended
by the Company about said Suit over and above
the Charge aforemenconed the Sume of 165-17-11
of which Mr. Wilkinson was to allow a Morely
and upon Ballance with Mr. Wilkinson after
his and Mr. Cherringtons charges were Deducted
and allowed, there appears to be due from Mr
Wilkinson ye. Sume of £34.11s.4d Of which he
Desird an abatement But this Comittee being
not impowerd to doe ye. Same It was Referred
to next Court at which Mr. Wilkinson is to attend
and bring his Ballance with him
