him back because he could not obteine his freedom
of ye. Citty Note he was admitted to ye. Freedome
of this Company about 3 Years: agoe but could not
obtein his Freedome as aforesd. by reason his Mast
was a Free Joyner & sd. Churchman was bound of
the Joynrs. therefore they lay claime to him & sd.
Churchman has Agreed [..] to take up his
Freedome with them

To repair the
Fence in ye. Clks
garden

This Court Consented and Agreed at ye. Compa. Charge
repair & amend ye. Fence in ye. Garden adjoyning
to Mr. Chamberlens ground when & as often as
shall be thought fitt and Convenient to do ye. Same
