the Clk against
Compa. Pollicyes of
Insurance.

Whereas the Company in ye. name of the Master and
Wardens have Ensured one thousand seven hundred and
Fifty pounds on their Hall and 5 houses at Norton Falgate
in ye. Amicable Contribution office As by Six severall
Pollicyes appears And whereas Joseph Knap our Clerk
hath Subscribed to a Deed poll or Instrumt. bearing date
the 19 Decembr. last. Copy whereof is put up with ye. Pollicyes
for payment of all Contribucons that shall happen by Loss
of Fires in ye. sd. Amicable Contribucon for ye. terme of
Seven Yeares: from ye: date of ye. said pollicyes None were
of ye. Court of Assistants Do approve of our Clerks signing
the said recited Deed Poll for payment of said Contribucon
Monys and Do Agree and make this a Standing rule &
Order of Court that he his Heirs Execurs. [..]
shall at all times hereafter be indempnifyed from all Costs
troubles & Charges thatt shall happen on Accompt
thereof.

To Mr. Parsons 20s

Ordered That ye. Renter Warden Allow Mr. Parsons
Tennant in Hogg lane Twenty shillings out of his rent
towards white washing his house pursuant to the
Agreemt. before taking his Lease

Ordered that ye. Clerk be Continued upon his good behavior
a Yeare longer.

Ordered the Beadle ye. Same.

Reported the View made by the Master & Wardens Psuant
to Order of Court held 5. Decr. last. Which was Agreed to,
and Ordered the Rentr. Wardens to do ye. Same. Vizt. &
To Mr. Ovens house adjoyning to ye. Hallgate . A Painthouse
board from end to end, and 2. lengths of Spout, Two pair of
Stairs backward-a Leaf of Feather edgd Deale over ye. Gutter
and a Short Orrace Gutter, Some of ye. Tyeling wants mending
and some Glass wants repairing-Three Storys high forward
two wholes in ye. Floor wants mending-four Storeys
high-ye. Garrett forward-Some tyleing to be repaird.
The Skye Light to be repaird-To amend & now pinn
the Cafements in ye. Roome forward one pair of Stairs.

In Hogg lane-Att Mr. Moses fanns house, To shear
up ye. Girder-A Window on ye. Stairs head to be new Glaizz
and Leaded-The Fence between Mr. Turner & Bishop
to put up a Pole, & tack ye. boards to ye. Same-The
Bricklayer to Poynt Mr. Tallands [..] Shedd
To mend ye. topp of ye. Chimney and some of ye. Tyleing in
Mr. Loves houses-To make a New doore to ye. Kitchen
of Mr Waltons house
