Court Continued 6 June 1710

Mrs. Stone.

Letter from Mrs. Stone was read and Ordered
that ye. Warden pay her ye. Gratuity and also her bill
both making 21-8-6d . But first she is to deduct
and allow So much Monys as she has Chargd Mr Knapp
for ye. Locks Keys Bolts Iron barrs and rolling Stone
in ye. Yard amounts into, and to give ye. Company
a Discharge for ye. Same, the Said Goods being
always to remain & goe with ye. Premisses for all
Succeding Clks.

in roome of
Mr. Carter Deced.

Agreed Nemine Contradicente That Mr. Beasly
[..] Attorny be (at request of Mr. Wilkinson) imployed
in the roome of Mr. Carter Deced. and that ye. Warden
be desired to goe with Mr. Wilkinson to acqt. him there
and also acqt. Mr. Carters Clerks his Executor: or adrx.
with this Order, and that they Deliver [..] up All
Writings [..] to Mr. Beasly relating to ye. Cause
Inter Cherington & Sr . Thos. Abny< no role > or any others
that any ways Concerns this Company, that now a [..]
late were in ye. Said Deceaseds Possession.

Ordered that Richard Cope< no role > be admitted a Pentioner
the first Vacancy in Course.

Bird.

Peticon of Richard Bird< no role > was read and twenty
Shills. was given him out of ye. Poors box
