Godleman abt. ye Almeshouses amounting to Eight pounds Foureteen

Mr. Kenrick ye Assignee of Sr. Antho: Deane appeared at this
Court and declared that pursuant to an order of this Court
ye 5th. July last he had considered of the some order and he
was willing to renew his Lease and to pay £23 P an from
Michaelmas next for 51 yeares.
